"Wilmington Brick" is the signature of the ad painting company, on a fading ad, on the side of a brick building next to the Kankeekee River, in Wilmington, Illinois. It is on Historic Route 66, which is now Illinois State Highway 53, or Baltimore Street in Wilmington. "Wilmington Brick" is one of my "Urban Microcosm" series.
Presented with mid-gloss finish ⅛" rounded corners, black edges and back, Inset 3/4" Black Metal Frame and Wire Hanger.
14" x 20" and larger size metal prints of this image are part of a limited edition series of 50 prints. Since the item will be produced and shipped by my third party partner, limited edition print order customers will also receive a signed, numbered authentication sticker seperately. When the authentication sticker is received, please affix it to the back of the art piece itself.
"Wilmington Brick" Limited Edition Metal Print
A new art medium for preserving photos by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. Because the image is infused into the surface and not on it, it takes on an almost magical luminescence. The ultra-hard scratch-resistant surface is waterproof/weatherproof and can be cleaned easily – just avoid direct sunlight.
Mounted on 2mm black Styrene and finished with a black Metal Inset Frame. Designed to look great while adding durability to prints that will be handled or transported frequently.
